The description should include "0-Ring is provided with filter housing"

I ordered 3 O-Rings because I did not know if it included them. I wasted money & time on ordering 3 O-Rings since it did not say it included them. Apec should add text saying that in the description.

Great

I bought it as a donation for an animal organization so they can give their animals clean fresh water and they love it. Best gift I ever gave. I also got one for my sister and they love it. Now it's my turn.

Leaks

I have put several new sets of o'rings in my APEC system and even contacted you for assisteance with getting the correct o'rings and still I have leaks. I finally gave up on APEC after buying a completely new system and still having leaks. The funny thing is that the leaks are not in the same place each time. It's funny because it worked flausely for several year then when the leaks started, they could not be stopped. I have the two systems in my car right now headed for the dump. I'll try another manufacturer for my next filtering system for sure. Its not easy working on these systems under the sink and I'm just tired of fiddling with them. They are simple enough, they just leak.

O rings are fine. However

O rings are fine. However I cant believe they don't come with the filters. You have to have new o rings when you replace the filters so it only makes since when a person orders filters you include the O rings.

O rings

We change the o rings out every year also. I forgot to get the jelly for the rings this time. But I recommend that you get that item too. That way the rings don’t get bunched up when replacing the filters. There are 2 different sizes for our unit so make sure you order the right size
