Not laying well in skin

It's very beautiful but it keeps rolling. Look at the picture I attached, it doesn't lay well on the skin so you can see the stones, it rolls and you see the metal instead. I have something similar out of gold and I never had issues with that piece. Unfortunately I need to return it.
