Delivery Issues

The actual product, the bench looks great. Macys contracted a third party who sold the item to me created snags. Long story short, the UPS delivery person made it appear that he was doing a delivery attempts but not really actually bringing the item. We would wait and wait for the package only to be notified that no one was at home to receive the delivery attempts. I tried to contact Macys to no avail. I got the run around. I would not do business with Macy's when third party is involved. I found the item with cheaper price with free shipping but too late to cancel with Macys. Lesson learned, you win some, you lose some. It was definitely a bad experience. I give a 2 stars and that is being generous.
