I'm sorry but ASICS R&D ruined the Kayano line! MAKE ASICS GREAT AGIAN and bring back the Kayano 25's! - please :)

Comfortable. More like the older models

Seems like classic Asics was better than the new stuff. Not sure if it's design or manufacturing but the old stuff was better. Ordered these after returning the newer model. These are pretty comfortable.

Really helped my knee pain!

I have suffered from knee pain from several years. I did not realized that wearing the right shoes could help alleviate the knee pain. In fact, probably not wearing right shoes was contributing to my knee pain. I tried several different models, and width from ASICS. I have to say, WoW, the GEL-Kayano 25 really helped! I had walked for several hours today and also with my 23lbs baby in my arm for maybe a couple of hours. I did not feel any pain by the end of day. That's just amazing. I decided to purchase another pair of the newer version of Kayano (27).

Try loads of types

I’m new to running, and I bought Kayano 27s as my first pair of shoes and then some 25s as a spare pair. Oddly I found the 25s faster even though they feel almost identical. These 25s are for the cupboard so I have a pair for when the first pair wear out. The moral of the Story is try out loads of shoes before you settle on one type.

No toe box issue.

Issue I have had with other series is a tight toebox. These are just alittle wider - comfortable fir right out of the box.
