Solid running shoe

This is the second pair of this exact shoe that I bought for my 13 year-old son. He runs hard, and these shoes hold up to the wear and tear, while providing cushioning and comfort. They don't look too bad, either.

Nice but long break in period

Long time Asics runner. Usually wear Nimbus but the more recent models 17-18 don't work for me. Neither do the more recent Kayano's, Tried these on whim mainly due to the price. The fit was great - classic Asics fit, which is what I have enjoyed about Asics for many years. I like the overlays which help to secure the foot. The welded overlays in the new models don't seem to work that well for me. Only down side is that these were VERY stiff at first. Took better than 10 runs to really break these in. Now they are great. Too bad they will probably never go back to a shoe like this again.

I purchased these in January 17, they were great to start with but after 80 miles they have started to leitefally fall apart!

Very Sturdy, comfortable shoe

I had a lower end Asics show that I really liked. When I got these Surveyors they seemed a little heavy. When I tried them on the first time they felt "clunky" and not as "springy" as my older Asics. But after wearing them for about a day I found them to VERY comfortable. They fit me very well, the arch support is great. They give me a lot of support and the soles are really thick and sturdy. I am definitely glad I got these shoes.

lightweight & comfy

I am on my feet all day. I actually bought these shoes for that; not for running. I am very please with the fit and comfort.

New Favorite Shoe

I bought this shoe a month ago, and I'm thrilled with the results. I run about 60 miles a week, and the GEL-Surveyor 2 has been the perfect balance of support and flexibility. Feels lights on the foot and no soreness after long runs.

Hands down best shoe for training

Did 4 years of college track at university of northern Colorado never an issue with the shoe. They last and are great for running and overall training would vouch heavily for this brand and shoe!
