Not as comfortable as earlier versions.

Have loved earlier versions. But these Gel Venture 10 are not so comfortable, sole seems harder, entire shoe is stiffer and feet feel hot in them. Wish I could buy an earlier model.

Still the best shoe for standing all day

This is my third pair of Gel-Ventures (generation 7, 8 and now 10) and they never disappoint. I'm on my feet all day for work and I workout at the gym 6 days/week. Absolute comfort and support. No foot or leg pain. I'll continue buying these for the rest of my life.
