Bridal Shower Guest

I ordered three sets for a bridal shower. From what I understand, it was one of the best gifts received by the couple. Thus, receiving these towels made a special couple very happy. I expect others in the family would like to get towels just like these for themselves.

I am very disappointed as, for the second time, I am trying to find out what happened to my order. I have a bridal shower coming up and no gift and no one has answered my email. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNACCEPTABLE!
