My couch delivered with dust cover on bottom seperated from couch. VERY SHOCKED i was told you will send someone to repair and not replace the couch.

We purchased the Astra sofa and Apartment sofa in April 2018. I did lots of research and read lots of reviews and settled on this furniture set because the fabric wasn't reviewed badly unlike many other couches in its price point. Less than a year later, under normal use in our family room, the fabric is beginning to stretch and become rough and pilly. We knew there was a 1 year fabric warranty, so we wrote to Jonathan Louis, the manufacturer, asking them to honor their warranty because the damaged condition of the seat fabric one year later is not normal wear and tear. They denied our request and now we have 1 year old sofas that look like 5 year old sofas. The foam in the cushions and seat backs have held up well though, so I will have to purchase slip covers for them in a year or two. If you purchase these sofas, ask Macy's about signing up for their extended warranty coverage. We wish we would have done that, maybe they would have honored it where the manufacturer wont.

After just 5 months of normal use, the fabric has "pilled" on the seating portions. The sofa itself is very sturdy and cushions are firm. They have not broken down over this amount of time. I will add that once I owned them they started to feel somewhat commercial looking--like hotel furniture that's intended for heavy use. The design is quite boxy... I wouldn't recommend this set overall.

There is no such thing as Dawson Oatmeal Grey, the color is Dawson Oatmeal and it is Beige. I spent 8 weeks tracking down the color fabric in photo #14 to purchase the light grey color sofa and Jonathan Louis told me they don’t have Dawson Grey. Dawson Gray is listed as a color choice for an Astra sectional. If you truly want a light grey sofa, keep looking.
