Installed fine and works but very slow
Much slower then downloading as compared to my 1Gb Fios. Firmware was updated to the latest

Reformats everything you put in it.
Useless for reading storage discs. Every disc you put in, it immediately reformats thereby erasing everything on it. I put a new disc in, which it reformatted. I transferred some files to it and removed the disc. I reinserted the same disc and it immediately went to reformatting.

Poor instructions.
I found that there are no instructions, which I found very frustrating. Only directions are to plug it in. My laptop is new with the latest version of Windows 11. I plugged in the drive and nothing happened?
