Ho-Hum Computer

I had a wonderful computer in my 2019 Asus Vivobook. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new one this year because of Windows. The new Vivobook is an interface downgrade in every way. I went from metal to plastic and there is not a true 10-key numerical keypad. It feels cheap and the supposedly blazing fast i9 is not at all impressive.

This particular model is a very good all arounder.

I enjoy this computer a lot. It has a good screen, sharp, clear, bright enough. The OLED ones are better, but they cost more. I like the i9-13*** processor for all around tasks. It's a great processor for everything, even Ai. Battery life is 6 to 8 hrs dependent on use (video editing, 2-3 hrs, music editing 3-4, video watching 6-8, surfing 5-7, email, spreadsheet, bookkeeping 5-7...). So not bad. The more the fan works the less the battery lasts. Keyboard is nice to type on, not to hard, might be a little soft for fast types. Mine was a 3rd party referb and the touchscreen didn't work (NOT ASUS' FAULT), I WOULD HAVE Definitely KEPT it if all worked well. Waiting for a special on a new one and hope the touchscreen issue isn't why there a few on the referb market. If you can get a good one at a good price I recommend this computer highly. Durability and longevity, I can not speak too. It seems sturdy and made with very high quality materials, so not sure what issues it might have in the long run. But if you take care of your computers, this should be a good long lasting laptop.

So far It's been a great choice we have switched from HP to Asus machines the quality is just way better in my opinion. We love the metal covers instead of cheap plastic. They seem to design them to last.

It's been a long journey to be honest but let me tell you it WAS definitely worth it! I love this computer\Laptop vivobook s 16 flip OLED tp3604 it's a fast and amazing computer can handle anything I throw at it to be honest I wouldn't be afraid to rock out on 4 separate screens a MMORPG game on each separate screen! It would power them like a champ! Anyway thank you for the great computer to do my fling photos and video editing on and to try and start a small online business to help me get thru since I had the widow Maker heart attack 4yes ago on 02\13\2021 it's been very hard with only 33% of my heart that is functional. I'm one lucky sob and with this computer I get to see the world again from God's crown and all the beauty and peacefulness of the world from above. Thank you again Asus for making a broken fools heart feel whole with the power of Asus to guide my way love it. 5*

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it

The numeric keypad layout on this product is poorly designed, significantly impacting productivity. Some keys have been rearranged or reduced in size, making data entry and navigation inefficient. Additionally, requiring the function key for basic tasks—such as page up/down—creates unnecessary interruptions, slowing down workflow, especially in documents and spreadsheets. The awkward and impractical design makes this keypad frustrating to use.
