Perfect compact, ez setup

Exactly what I expected. Asus quality, great resolution and adjustable graphics settings for the price/portability. Perfect companion for wfh setup and travel without the bulk and cost of a larger desktop monitor. It is like an ez second laptop screen. (Stand pictured LISEN Tablet Stand not included)

Still figuring out the product!

The display runs up my Macbook Pro lap top battery so quickly! This makes my lap top turns really hot. The 2 buttons at the lower left corner do not seem to function. I tried to change the blue light level filtering, it did not do anything. I will call for support.

This monitor draws 5.24 watts of power from the connected laptop. Please ensure the built-in battery from the monitor was fully charged if running the laptop in battery mode only. Otherwise, we recommend connecting the laptop's AC adapter or charger to avoid the battery from draining faster than normal. Looks like a good buy

Only used the screen a few times while traveling. It works well and makes working easier with two screens. It was heavier than expected and the stand is a little confusing at first but appears to work well.

Sad Story

I have used many ASUS products over the years, this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience. The monitor would not work with any of the laptops in the house. I tried alternate cables in the event there was something wrong with the one included. Those did not work either. Sadly I had to return the monitor.

The monitor is plug and play, assuming a working and compatible cable is being used. Most importantly, ensure the internal battery has an ample amount of charge life. To do this, leave it connected to a laptop until it is charged. A battery monitoring utility showing percentage charge will pop on the screen on a cold boot. ZenScreen

Even after following all the instructions, the ZenScreen is still saying "no signal". Looks like I'll have to return it.

If the monitor is not showing any video, please check if a working USB-C cable is connected properly to the USB-C port and the ZenScreen's internal battery was charged. To determine if it was charged, the percent charge will pop up on the screen from a cold boot. ASUS ZenScreen MB166C perfect for when traveling

My ASUS ZenScreen MB166C is perfect for when I'm traveling with my laptop and want all the efficiencies related to working with a second screen. Love that it easily fits into my laptop computer bag. This portable monitor's resolution is way better than my Dell Latitude screen! Highly recommend.
