Helped me get it together!

As someone who is skeptical of most self help books, James Clear delivers exactly what you would hope to get from this book. Through different steps and systems he teaches you how to break bad habits, and start building new ones. The most helpful aspect of this book is the mindset/perspectives he gives you to go about this process. Quitting smoking, incorporating an exercise routine, and fixing my sleep schedule was just a couple of things this book helped me with. Trust in the process, and I promise this book will help you get closer to the version of yourself you want to be!
