    Just get it!!

    Ive seen this all over social media and it was an amazing read!! Definitely recommend if youre on a growth journey and or trying to get rid old habits.

    Tiny Changes.. Remarkable Results!

    I read this book with my book club and absolutely enjoyed it! I personally like self help type of books and give this a 5/5 star. The tiny changes for better results that are broken down in this book make the biggest of difference in everyday life no matter who you are or what you are trying to accomplish. This book is for everyone (even if you do not usually read self help)!

    Atomic Habits

    I love this book ! I am only on page 27, but I love how easy the book is to understand. It's very organized, so if you're a busy minded person like me, it definitely is written in a way that helps you organize your thoughts.

    James Clear wipes a cloudy layer away from the lens of our present-day awareness in his book, Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones. Clear captivates his audience with a gruesome introduction followed by some of the most tangible life advice you can encounter. This book becomes a quick read for anyone with a little bit of time. Clear presents advice on how to approach our daily routines and re-defines their importance, function, and potential adjustments. Referencing known theories and observations from behavioral psychology and combining real stories, his breakdown of all these concepts becomes enticing and applicable. Although the visual aspects of the content are not particularly eye-catching, the format of topics and sections with important takeaways make navigating specific points of the book very efficient. His coverage of environmental design, self-control, and identity left me with a completely new perspective of all the factors that contribute to the habits in my life. Although the book may not be entirely life transforming, it offers a fresh set of tools for the one who seeks change in their life. Clear has written the type of book that continues to impact your life even after you have finished reading. I have recommended this book to all kinds of people and encourage anyone interested in improving their habits to give it their time.

    Everyone must read!!

    I just finished this book and it’s filled with such easy practical advice on building long lasting habits. Already have seen a difference in some of my recent habits.

    Great book

    This was a very good read. Its a self help ish book which is very helpful if you are trying to break bad habits and develop good ones. The authors has counseled many people from bad points in their lives and gotten them to develop good habits over time and get rid of bad ones. I like this book because it has some very good strategies and tips for making good habits and breaking bad ones. I would rate this book a 5/5 because it is excellent and you should definitely consider reading it.

    Helpful, practical tips for how to make progress i

    I’ve heard about this book for years but didn’t have a chance to read it until recently, when I found it as an audiobook in our online library system. This is a very useful book. If you’re wanting to up your game or make some sort of progress in your life, this book could be just the thing you need. For a long time, I’ve set goals and then wallowed in uncertainty as to how to actually achieve them…but in this book, Clear gives repeatable, simple advice for how to start, how to motivate yourself, and how to make definite progress. The techniques taught in this book apply across a vast swath of our everyday lives, not just in the business world. Simple, systematic, and straightforward, this book doesn’t take too long to read, but it’s one that many would find beneficial. There were some elements of the book that I didn’t appreciate so much—assumptions around our evolutionary ancestors, almost an “if it’s good for you, it’s good” attitude, some thoughts along the lines of “you can be whoever you want to be”, a few somewhat crude references—but leaving those aside, I appreciated the bulk of the book, and wouldn’t be surprised if I end up rereading it eventually. Since reading the book, I’ve put some of his techniques into practice, and I’m seeing a marked improvement already. Whether what I’m doing right now is sustainable long-term or not is another question, but I feel like I’ve been given a few tools that I’ll be able to use over and over in life, and for that, I’m grateful this book was published. Recommended for readers aged 18 on up.
