Cheap and no customer service

Do not buy these!!! I can not stress this enough. I should have known not to get jewelry through Macys. The seller advertised them as gold plated which they are not. My wife has worn them three or four times and the gold is already fading and looks chemically altered. These were worn on dates and not in any environment that could affect jewelry. Contacted Macys and they refuse to do anything about it. Avoid any jewelry from Macys because if it’s like this they are selling you a lie.
