Poor customer service

Ordered two sofas on December 29, 2024. It was supposed to be ready to deliver by March 18th. After multiple attempts to reach someone that could assist in getting it delivered they had no more information for me other than what was posted online. I was told to call back on the following Monday if I hadn't heard from them. That was last Monday. Still no furniture or call.
