It is not true to size it fits bigger than the size states. No return label enclosed with item. When I call to get a return label the rep was past rude!!!!! I haven been able to return it for a smaller size. I believe not enclosing a return label is trick of Macy’s to force customer’s to keep the items they purchase by making the return process so difficult and time consuming plus very rude interaction with the CSR. The dress is also cheap looking and very wrinkley fabric.
