A/X feels like they run smaller than others brand

All my shoes and sneakers are size 8, this one from A/X felt too tight . I bought it online , so now im going to the store see if i can exchange for 8 1/2 if available . Otherwise i will have to return . Since i was looking for something for my vacation in 2 days.
