This set is absolutely worthless. The whole entire set. Not one single item is usable. Don’t worry macys, I’ve owned countless stainless steel pots and pans and read the instructions everytime a new product comes into my home! EVERYTHING sticks!!!!! You can follow the instructions provided and even look up recommendations online. NONE OF THEM WILL FIX THIS SET!!! Don’t waste your money or time these are pure TRASH!

Do not buy these
These pans are horrible! Everything sticks to the bottom and you have to use a SOS just to remove eggs! Plus the pan burns along the sides and turns black even the SOS can’t remove. I regret this purchase. I will never buy this brand again. I wish I could get my money back.

All food can stick to stainless steel products if proper cooking techniques are not followed. This is especially true with delicate foods like pancakes or eggs. For excellent cooking results, we suggest following these guidelines: Allow food to come to room temperature (10-15 minutes) before adding them to the pan. Placing chilled food in a heated pan causes sticking, even in stick-resistant pans. Preheat the pan in a low to medium temperature setting. Do not preheat at high temperatures in order to heat the pan faster. A small amount of oil, butter, or margarine is all you need for easy food release. Add oil or butter and allow it to heat one minute before adding food. Preheating brings the oil or butter to the right temperature so the food surface sears immediately. To remove stubborn stains or discoloration, use a stainless steel cleaner such as Bon Ami® Polishing Compound or Barkeepers Friend®. The cleaner should be rubbed on the stains with a non-abrasive pad, cloth, or sponge.
