Problems with the packaging

The product is very good but the box arrived crushed and it looked ugly for a gift, Macys should take that detail into account because you don't want to give away something that looks bad, but I repeat the very good perfume again!!! I had to go to the store to change it and that was not the idea because I buy online so I don't go to the store !!!
