Unhappy customer with no option to Exchange

I purchased this blazer for its description. seemed to good, when I received the item, the fabric felt very stiff and not good quality. although I purchased my right sized L, it runs very Large and did not fit well, disappointed to say the least. due to the final sale, I am not able to return. or exchange for something else. ordering online is not reliable and it's a hit or miss. Macy's, just know that this customer is unsatisfied with the quality and description on this item.
