Zipper seam ripped

The dress is beaitiful, and it shipped fast. Unfortunately, the second time we zipped it up, the seam of the zipper tore away from the dress at the waist line. We had to do last minute repairs before homecoming for my son's girlfriend. It was very disappointing considering the price of the dress.
