Good dress, but the poorest customer service

I bougth the dress online for my daughter's homecoming, because it would arrive on time. It arrived, but it came with the security tag. I went to a Macy's store (winter Garden Village) and they told me they did not have the machine to remove it. I tried to explain my daughter would use it that night, so I did not had time to look for another one. They said, I'm sorry, go to Ross and Target and seeif they can remove it. That's so absurd. I spent 2 hours going from store to store and no one was able to take the thing out of the dress. At the end, I took it off myself, using a you tube hack. If I didn't, my daughter would have nothing to wear.

Uncomfortable dress

The dress caused scratches on my daughter’s arm because of the sequins. The fabric is rough and uncomfortable. Because of this, we need to return it.
