Missing Gems-Do Not Buy

This is the first time I am writing a review. After paying for premium shipping, I received a defective item with 3 missing gems. I called the customer service to get a replacement, but they stated they couldn’t send the dress with the overnight shipping because they had to initiate a claim which would have taken 2 days. I needed the dress for the weekend, and was left without anything to wear for my event. The other options I was given were the ones of returning the dress or keeping it for an additional 20% off. What is the point of keeping a dress without gems? And why would the responsibility of returning something defective be on me? Very bad customer service.

Tried this dress TWICE.

I purchased this dress twice. The first time I purchased in store. After hanging it in my daughters closet we noticed a few stones missing from the neck of the dress. I returned and ordered online thinking maybe someone tried it on and damaged it. However, after receiving a new dress in perfect condition (no missing stones) and putting it away in the back of my closet for my daughters school dance we realized that 6 stones had fallen out and it hadn't been touched in weeks. Very pretty dress however the stones will be all gone by the time the dance is over. I had to return. Very disappointing.
