SIZING IS VERY MUCH OFF

I am very disappointed & displeased. One of the shoes is the wrong "actual" size! It's much too big. It is marked the size that I ordered. The other shoe fits perfectly. I can't even wear these! I am surprised. This is generally a higher quality brand of shoe. I already own 3 pairs, 2 of which I purchased from Macy's.

I wish it had 1/2 sizes . the opening is too large

Going back. Heel height is good, but the leather is hard and not conforming. True to size.
