Defect in Bathing Suit

I purchased this swimsuit for my granddaughter and when I went to put it in her the snap came off. I returned it at Macys and reordered it thinking it was just the one swimsuit. I received the second swimsuit and the same thing happened. I went to unsnap it and the snap came off. How can you make a swimsuit for an infant that’s not safe?
