We bought this seat as a second seat for our babyjogger stroller but seat seems to be too short. It doesn’t line up with the eco system for double strollers by babyjogger which it is supposed too. It is so disappointing since we paid so much for it!!

Frustrated!

I'm just as disappointed as others. We specifically purchased the Baby Jogger City Select 2 stroller in 2023 with the intentions of expanding it. We now have a toddler and a newborn and we're unable to expand the stroller. I'm extremely disappointed in this product.

False advertising

I’m extremely upset. We are getting ready to welcome our second baby and I wanted to buy the attachment to make the stroller hold by toddler and new baby and realize I can’t even buy the proper attachments. I got This stroller specifically for the ability to expand for next baby and now it is trash. This is unbelievable. False advertising.

Disappointed in adaptability to OG City Select

I'm just as disappointed as others. We specifically purchased the Baby Jogger City Select stroller in 2023 with the intentions of expanding it to a double stroller as our family expanded. We now have a toddler and a newborn and we're unable to expand the stroller. I'm extremely disappointed in this product and lack of accessories.

Works with city select lux adapters

I was similarly disappointed and frustrated by the inability to expand my City Select Lux stroller after our family expanded. I’m sure it’s not recommended by Baby Jogger – they would rather you buy an entirely new stroller system – but I was able to acquire select Lux ADAPTERS and this seat works as long as you have the correct adapters.

Incompatible with original city select

Similar to others, we purchased a city select in 2022 with the plans to expand to a double stroller in the future. The seat is no longer compatible with the stroller we have and it’s impossible to find the correct adapters. We are very disappointed.

Good stroller, impossible to find parts for it

Used this for my first kid. Purchased the extra seat kit and everything. Literally impossible to find a pram or a pram conversion kit and snack trays anywhere in America for this stroller. The city select 2 eco has been so hard to find parts for, am regretting buying this.

Waste of $$$ - Can't find adapters needed

I am in the same boat as everyone else. Invested a lot of money in a city select system with the plan to expand it when needed. Our second child is here and we only need an adapter for the second seat. Not a kit that comes with a second seat. I already have the seat and just need the second seat adapter. We went to purchase the adapter only to find that they no longer sell them separately. The only reason I bought this stroller was so that it could expand it when our family does. Wasted a lot of money because now I have to purchase another stroller. It's a shame because I love the stroller.
