I returned this jeans in macys store in Arcadia because it is short on Dec 27, today it’s Jan 5, I didn’t get my refund yet, I checked my Macys app it turned out that they just created label, no ups picked up information, no delivery information, it means my returned item still keep in macys customer service. So I asked them about my returned item, they told me that they don’t know where it is. It wired that if the ups didn’t pick up that means the item should be in customs service, but they told me that they can’t find it ! Now nobody knows where the return item’s is.how Can I get my refund?
