Stunning

This was a Christmas gift from my husband. Beautiful, stunning, and definitely a great surprise. He paired it with another 3 carat infinity band for the final look pictured. (I will try to insert picture). I LOVE it!

No Communication

I purchased the white gold version of this ring for my 15th wedding anniversary on January 4th, 2026. I was excited, but I never received the ring. I called customer service several times, and today they told me the ring is not available. Macy's lack of communication regarding my order is poor business, and I am highly dissatisfied. Now I have to find another ring for my wife.

Where is My Ring

Ordered and paid for this ring on 12/27/25 and still have not received. Shipping was guaranteed witching 3-6 business days or ordering. Called Macy’s several times and all they say is it’s expected to ship on 1/9. It’s now 1/13 and my ring shows the same status on the order, “processing”. Not happy with how long this is taking to fulfill.
