Pillow/tiny diamond clustered appearance

This is undoubtedly a beautiful ring, however the stone is very large. I have thin fingers, so this little over 4 carat ring, looked like a pillow on my hand. Also, the band is very thin in comparison. The diamond itself has so many cuts that in person, it looks like theres a bunch of tiny diamonds, clustered together. I ended up returning it.
