It is worth waiting for!

The ring boasts an impressive 5-star rating and looks exactly as depicted in the picture. Its beauty, shine, and elegance are truly captivating. However, the experience of waiting for the ring and the lack of communication about its status was disappointing. It took 26 days for the ring to arrive after purchase, during which I made several calls to Macy's, spaced about 3 days apart after the initial 10-day wait. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't offer any helpful information regarding the ring's whereabouts. At one point, the automated system mentioned that the ring was on back order and might not arrive until 12/24/9999, which was absurd. Despite their insistence, I refused to cancel and kept pushing for a resolution. Eventually, a shipping label was generated, and the ring arrived 4 days later. If the seller had been transparent about their delivery times in the description, it would have managed my expectations better and avoided this frustration.
