Clasp broke immediately - never got to wear it

I bought this for our tenth wedding anniversary - I presented it about an hour before an event that night and the clasp broke trying to put it on for the first time. I took it the store and they said I couldn’t exchange it - instead I had to buy a 3 year warranty so they can reattach the clasp. We won’t get it back for weeks and my wife has still never worn it.

Poor customer service

Never received product poor customer service it was posted that it would take 2 to 6 business days. When I placed the order it was confirmed and the item was in stock after six business days past I called customer service they said I would get it in a few days give it to the 31 of oct the would ship it when I checked it still said order processing when I called back they said the item is no longer available my order was cancelled and charged my card before they sent the order which was never ship and charged my card for a item that’s no longer available in they wear house and never issued my credit to my card.
