Cheap

Flimsy bag with very odd straps to wear as a back pack. I bought this for my trip to Europe this summer. It was very disappointing. I won't be using it again.

French Navy - is black?

I bought this in French Navy. The bag I received is more dark gray/black. If it's blue, it's very, very dark.... Disappointed.

Poor hooks

I purchased 3 bags since COVID. The purse itself is great, but the hooks and fasteners for the straps are poorly made. 1 purse has a broken strap, and the 2nd purse is going to break soon. I paid full prices for all 3 purses.

WRISTLET WAS NOT ATTACHED

Ordered this bag for a trip I’m taking in 2 days. I was especially looking forward to getting the RFID wristlet that was supposed to come with the bag. I even paid extra for express shipping to make sure I received it before I leave. THERE WAS NO WRISTLET ATTACHED. This is very annoying because I don’t have time to correct your mistake before I leave for vacation. The bag is lightweight and should be fine for travel but there is no excuse for not checking to make sure customers get everything they paid for.
