Great bag

I absolutely love love my new Baggalini triple zip bag. A friend had one and I admired it but I have worn a small black leather cross body bag for years. However this Baggalini bag is so well made, light weight and brilliantly well designed that I’m never going back to my more formal bag. I love the separate zip compartments that keep my wallet, phone, keys, calendar, easy to grab but without added weight. Fabulous bag!

Great Little Handbag

I have purchased this bag several months ago and I really enjoy that I can get everything I need it it. It is easy to carry and my new larger phone fits. I can change out the straps with some I have. It is also one that I can fit into a larger bag without having to take everything out.

Defective strap hardware!

Received the bag as a gift and thought it would make a nice compact everyday bag. Unfortunately, there seems to be a defect in the hooks of the strap that doesn’t stay secured causing the strap to detach from the bag. Is there a possibility of getting a replacement strap with a properly working hook?
