Baker Street Round Expandable Dining Table, Created for Macy's

Do not buy this table. I just had replacement table number 6 delivered and it has the same issue. It does not close completely when the leaf is removed. I bought this table in July of 2021 and it is almost May 1st 2022 and Macy’s can not seem to fix the problem. I asked that it be inspected BEFORE it was delivered- but they didn’t do it AGAIN. I expect better from Macy’s. Unfortunately I will never buy furniture from them again.

This table has been a huge disappointment. It lacks any sturdiness for daily use and it’s definitely not a table you want if you have kids. I wish the negative reviews were available when we purchased it because I would have listened. You can get much better quality for the money you’d spend (and waste) on this table.

Read all the reviews about having a gap when attempting to close without the center leaf. It is true; it won't close properly. I had the movers take it back someday. It's a defect.

I purchased the table at a Macy's Furniture Store and only wanted a round table for our kitchen. When the table was delivered it head a leaf in it, I asked that the leaf be removed during the home assembly process. Once the leaf was removed, the table would not come together and had a 2 inch gap. The installers could not fix the issues and brought the table back to the truck. I used to think Macy's sold quality products. It seems like they have gone down hill.

Fell apart in 3 months and only used it about a dozen times 2 adults.. and the table top started getting loose and falling off ... it’s a really nice looking table .. to bad it’s JUNK!!

Bought this table about a year ago and when we first got it I complained before the delivery guys could even leave that the table was SUPER wobbly. Well, they must have sent me 2 or 3 'replacements' and even had a furniture guy come check it out and every table I've gotten literally wobbles like a seesaw..the frustrating thing is this round table is on display at the macys 10min from my house and the one at the store is solid (they wont sell me the floor model). So one year later and we are still getting furious every time we sit at the table to eat or have guests over (we sometimes use the extension leaf and that makes it feel like you're eating on a roller coaster)because it literally moves 8-10inches!!! down as soon as you barely touch the table. GOD FORBID you try to serve soup. Its SUPER elegant looking...but useless and Macy's pretty much told me theres nothing they can do to make it right. There goes a big chunk of money. Thanks Macy's for being useless. Mind you, its just us 2.

Table is beautiful and solid and delivery and set up by Macy's team was great. However, the team left and I needed to remove leaf of table to collapse down to smaller round size. That is when I realized once leaf was removed, table would not close all the way and I had about an inch gap. The repair guy just left and explained the table top was not cut properly and it has to be replaced. Now the table is out of stock until October. I hope this is just an isolated issue. I will update this review accordingly once we receive new tabletop.

I bought this table last spring and it is the worst table I’ve ever had. It looks great from afar, but it wabbles really bad. Every time we play cards or eat dinner it is like we are on a see-saw. It was a waste of money, I will have to get another table soon because I am so dissatisfied. I had Macy’s install this table and it was set up poorly from the get-go. I then had two Macy’s repair techs come out to fix and they were unsuccessful in fixing it. Do not make the same mistake I did and pick a different table/manufacturer!
