Trust the reviews about cup size

After reading the reviews, which noted that the cups were too large, I sized down from a medium to a small. The cups are too large. I need a bra with convertible straps though do I may keep this because they are padded so it doesn’t matter that I don’t fill the cups completely.

Not what I was looking for

The description of the bra states that the foam padding is removable. It is NOT. Also, the sizing is the small, medium, large, XL and XXL version of sizing. This type of sizing assumes that if you are small around the ribcage you will also have small breasts and conversely that if you are big around your breasts will be large as well. I would wear a 42B if offered but with this bra I'd need to add extra padding to fill the cups.
