This is the perfect sized wok. It is deep and wide. The handle is comfortable to hold. The cold forged aluminum core is lightweight enough to toss in the pan. The pan heats quickly and evenly. The temperature indicator in the handle turns red when the pan is heated to the optimal temperature ensuring good even browning and superior cooking results. The nonstick coating is PFOA free and metal utensil safe so I dont have to worry about what tools I use in it.

Best non-stick pan!

I love the shape of this pan and how it is taller than most other frying pans so that I can move food around in it without the worry that it will jump out and I will loose half of my dinner to the gas burner. The handle is made out of plastic, so I can move the pan around without the worry that I will burn myself. The non-stick surface makes cleaning easy with just needing to wipe it down and rinse with water.

The coating on the pan is called Duraslide and yes everything slides right out of them. I use this pan as a wok, it stir frys perfectly. Perfect Stir Fry

This is the ideal stir fry pan. It is made of thick aluminum so it heats up quickly and gets super hot, a requirement for stir frying. There is a heat sensor on the handle that turns red when it's heated up which definitely helps take the guesswork out of cooking. It also turns back to green which lets me know it has cooled down enough to wash. Because the handle is made from molded plastic, it doesn't get hot. The non-stick is awesome especially when you're trying to cut calories. I use very little oil in any of my stir frys. The high heat doesn't seem to effect the non stick properties.
