I ordered after Christmas but I put it up when it arrived so I could see how it looked and its beautiful. I cant wait until Christmas so I can decorate it. My previous tree was slimmer but I can get used to this one.

Almost Perfect
In January, I bought the 7 foot tree Silverado Slim with clear and multi-colored lights because the clear only LED option was sold out. It was definitely worth the extra $100. As for the tree itself, it is mostly good. It's a solid 4.5 stars. It is still a much fuller tree than expected, but is able to fit in the corner we wish to use. It is perfect for an 8 foot ceiling with it not being cramped as a 7.5 foot one would (twice the ceiling clearance space). Some things to know before you buy. It does take a great deal of shaping, particularly where the sections come together. There were no broken tips after this process. A better placement of those branches would have made it much easier. Also, as others have pointed out, there are some poorly-hidden clumps of cord for the lights. With a high end tree, this is disappointing. I was able to hide them to some extent and am optomistic that after placement of ornaments it won't be an issue. Also, the branches nearest the trunk are cheap generic greenery, but I was able to mostly hide them with shaping of the realistic outer branches. The lights are able to be changed from multi-colored to clear to clear plus multi with the remote or controller on the light cord. They can also be dimmed without flickering. In addition, the casings of the lights are glass and crystal clear. The tree comes apart easily and there is an excellent storage bag. Having a large unfinished basement, I was able to reassemble the tree in a couple of minutes and put lightweight clear drop cloths over it. If you have the room for this, there will most likely be little shaping needed when displaying the tree for the season.

Great tree
Very nice tree. I purchased after Christmas but I did set it up to see how it looked in my Living room. I like the slim size. It is still wide enough at the bottom. Set up was very easy and I love the quality bag to store the tree in. Has handles on top and both ends. I would recommend.

So Realistic!
I bought this tree to replace a larger one I had, as it was getting harder for me to carry up and down the stairs each year. Love this new one easier to manipulate and looks great when put together, the branches look so real, the ability to change the lights is a great feature as well. Very well made tree, I will enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you Balsam Hill!
