Best Sofa in the store

I recommended this sofa to a friend of mine because I own it and still love it 2 years later. She read the reviews and questioned my recommendation, so I sent her a picture of my sofa (we live in different states). I ordered the stock color (stone) and I flip my cushions weekly. I have had none of the issues others complain of. There are 2 large adults in my house and a cat. This sofa looks like the day it was delivered. I guess it depends on your lifestyle, but this is a very sturdy and comfortable sofa based on mine and my husbands lifestyle. We love this sofa so much we would buy it again. I say the best reviews are the ones that tell you how the furniture is used and how many people and pets are in the home.

Disappointed

Purchased 2 Bangor sofas 1.5 years ago. Was initially pleased with the way they looked. The cushions now appear lumpy and this affects seat and back comfort. Lumpiness prevents cushions from sitting properly on the base of sofas. Sofas look much older than they are. There have been no improvements with attempts to reshape / plump cushions, they will not return to the original shape or anywhere close. Also, upholstery snags easily. Hesitant to buy furniture from Macy's again.

Really love this set

We bought this sofa and chair in september and my husband and I absolutely love it. The comfort is amazing and the fabric is significantly nicer then anything else we were able to find. It still looks good 7 months later. I am adding another chair to my den we love it so much .

Simply a great sofa

A great look and its super comfortable! I would defiantly recommend this to anyone. The fabric color works especially perfect with a leather chair i've owned forever. It was a perfect match.

The style and comfort of this sofa is perfect! Everyone who sees my family room compliments me on this sofa. Its holding up nicely. The quality is quite good. Overall my family is very happy with this purchase.
