Great purchase

First of all the feel of the seat has to do with what kind of swatch of fabric you choose. I had mine customized with a beautiful navy colored fabric, it took about four months to receive but the wait was worth it. The seat is quiet firm (don't want any couch surfing family) I don't like to sink in. After having it for a few weeks it still feels great looks even better. I also bought the matching sofa. Will also order extra pillows in another color maybe mustard or velvet pink. Go to the store and have it customized it's worth the wait, no regrets. Macy's is the best, be patient and get the colors and fabrics you want. You deserve it!! Also add WNM.

Not this Model

Purchased the complete set of this model wouldn't buy you "Sink" down...... Photo never sat on think what it will look like in 6 months. Don't Purchase
