Awful experience

Tried to buy this online. When delivered to home, tag on garment said petite medium and the ticket on dress said petite Largen, needed the larger size. Called customer service and got a runaround and when I finally talk with someone the size I needed could not be delivered until a week after the date I needed the dress for. Awful experience, never going to order online.

RUNS VERY SMALL!!!

I don't have broad shoulders, & this wasn't even close to working
