Your child will definitely need supervision while transforming the Barbie. Quite messy. But granddaughters definitely enjoyed watching the transformation take place.

I bought one for my daughter and she loved it that was yesterday. Today I bought 3 more for my other girls and niece, but the surprise was that they are all the same "exact" so they are upset because they are 4 of the same things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unique Barbie item. The big colorful box makes an exciting first impression. The five year old LOVED opening up the numbered boxes to discover each surprise item. She was a not sure about the dolls until they had taken their bath to reveal a normal looking Barbie and Chelsea. The cardboard stage required parent help to assemble. Lots of fun in one big box that she has continued to play with since receiving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a really great activity to do with my girls, they loved it, It has a bunch of little surprise boxes and a board game so you can open them, package box turns into a party scenario, my girls played with it for hours they loved setting up the party with the little surprises and revealing the Barbie was so much fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves Barbies and I thought this would be a good playset for her. She had some issues opening some of the boxes that were supposed to be used as backdrops, they were so torn up that she had to throw them out as they were unusable. She loves the puzzle (using some of the boxes), the accessories are fun (except mommy doesn't like the confetti :) ) and the new Chelsea and Barbie are great additions to her collection. The wig she got for the Barbie is really cool and a fun color too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my daughter's favorite birthday present! I couldn't believe the amount of "surprises" that were included with the set. She had so much fun spinning the spinner to see which color she should open next. There is even a disco ball that drops real confetti! I was so impressed with the design of this set and the amount of creativity that was put into the packaging. There is almost zero waste since every cardboard box turns into part of the amazing display. I did take one star off because this definatey needs adult supervision. I normally let my 8 year old daughter open these types of things herself which was a mistake. Since each surprise box is part of the display you have to be super careful opening them up so you do not tear them. I ended up having to tape some of the pieces back together. Absolutely fabulous set. I hope they come out with more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh boy! Where do I begin? My daughter LOVED unboxing the Barbie Color Reveal Surprise Party set with its many little surprises. She got a kick out of putting together the dancefloor and photo backdrop for her Barbies to have a dance party, and we both thought the color-changing Barbie was neat! But as the parent, there were some features that were red flags like the glitter which was immediately thrown away. I also felt there was just too much wasteful packaging. Removing the silver paint from the doll also took longer than expected (we ended up using q-tips to get all the paint off). The Barbie wig which was ill-fitting was the biggest disappointment. Overall I was not overly impressed with this set but my daughter would disagree!
