Barbie box damaged

The original Barbie box arrived almost completely damaged, and the shipping box was fine. That is to say, the original box came broken from the shipping location or warehouse.

The box was crushed

I'm a collector and I was disappointed when I got my doll. 1st off, the box was crushed and haphazardly taped back together. 2nd, they put a price tag directly on the front covering her face. If someone purchase a Barbie Signature or Sapphire label, it's not being purchased to be opened. Those dolls are collector items

I purchased the doll as a collectible to add to my deceased mother's collection. I was very disappointed that Macy would ship this item or any item in a plastic bag. The was crushed, open...This should have been put in protective box. Very 😞
