Perfect gift

My granddaughter yelled, This is the Barbie Ive always wanted. She loves that the little patient is included. And that this Barbie looks like her.

Perfect role play to make doctor visits fun!

This was the such a blessing for a child who became apprehensive to visit her pediatrician. of course children are always afraid of getting a shot. This set comes with a toddler and a doctor with all the implements that are used in a regular doctor visit. Even a cast for a broken arm is included. I was told she was overheard saying: “take a deep breath” while using the stethoscope. Now this child feels empowered!

Love the Career-centric doll

My daughter was super excited to have the opportunity to try out this toy. She immediately referenced our female pediatrician, saying, "She's just like Dr. __!" There are several interactive props that come with this doll. My daughter particularly like the cast that can go on the little kid's arm or leg and the additional tools that can be used to give her a checkup. The one thing I would have liked to see would be if the drawers on the table were real to be able to store the loose items when not in use. I can see that some of the small tools would be easy to lose. Otherwise, this doll promotes imagination in a real word scenario that children can connect with. It also shows our children the type of STEM options they have to aspire to as they grow up.

Pediatrician Barbie

I received this Barbie in exchange for my honest review. Although the title of the Barbie says Art teacher, the picture is of a Pediatrician Barbie, which is what I received. This Pediatrician Barbie is fantastic! This line of "You can be anything" Barbies are wonderful because they have many kinds of important jobs out there that kids can look up to and want to become. My almost 4 year old son loves Barbies and this one in particular keeps his attention because it reminds him of his own pediatrician. With this doll he pretends that he is the dr helping all the kids from being hurt or sick. The set comes with a little girl with a removable cast on her arm and comes with the different tools doctors use in their office. I am very impressed with this line of Barbies.
