Item never arrived

Item never arrived, just like the two items below. I ordered them and paid, days later I get an alert that they might be late delivering and then I get another alert to say that the items wont be delivered. As such I will never go into a Macys again, nor will I ever order from your company online, I will also tell all my friends and family the same. Terrible. And you still reach out to see what my experience was like....
