Beautiful book with great pictures

I had to reduce the quantities in some of the recipes because serving 8 or more people was too much for us. I cooked the Braised Turmeric Chicken, but ground saffron was not included in the instructions. Nevertheless, it tasted delicious. Additionally, I halved the ingredients for the Dill Rice with Crispy Salmon & Leeks recipe, and it was also delicious. I wish that the author would publish a similar cookbook for four or five people.
