What I Was Hoping For

I am able to fit more in this bag than one I was using even though this bag is smaller and lighter. Its a perfect bag for bringing on the plane and stowing under the seat; however, on some planes it needs to be stored sideways so careful how you pack it. Overall, I am totally pleased with the bag and plan on buying matching luggage to replace other items.

Macy's customer service is a joke. My order was canceled because the item was out of stock, but it was restocked within 48 hours. They refused to reinstate my order despite multiple attempts to contact them. The chat bot, email, and phone support were useless.
