Pretty color

I like the rug and the color is very pretty. There was a small imperfection (snag/run) however I messaged a team member and they gave a credit. I didn’t know I would have a cut/trim the pad to match the size of the rug. I haven’t did that yet, hope there will be no issue. At this time, happy with it.

Dog approved

Although this rug is a bit smaller than I think fits best in my room, it’s grown on me and now I don’t think I’m going to return it. It’s soft and a beautiful sage green color. Dog approved too!

Very strong chemical smell.

I was excited about this rug for my baby's room. I ordered the round one in pink and when it arrived it smelled like chemicals so bad. I know new rugs tend to smell at first but it was so strong that I had to leave it outside to off-gas. I left it for a week, unrolled. I took it in the house and the smell was STILL so strong. Even with windows open, fan on, hours later the smell was too strong to leave in the house. Straight chemicals. I ended up returning it to the store. I just couldn't have that in my baby's room. The quality was so-so, very low pile and spaced apart. I'm disappointed overall.

Cheap with Bald Spots - DO NOT BUY

Returning. Has several visible bald spots. I've purchased several rugs over the years from Rugs.com. They've all been great quality. This thing belongs in a thrift store. Do not recommend.
