Very strong chemical smell that does not go away

I received this rug 5 weeks ago and it is still offgassing a strong chemical odor. If I could return it, I would, but I'm past the 30-day limit now. The smell gets on anything that touches the rug (including my dogs). I've tried keeping it in a room with the window open for over a month, and I even covered it with baking soda overnight and then vacuumed it all up. Nothing works.

Great Experience!

The quality of the rug was nice. The texture was really soft and smooth. The pictures that Rugs.com has are spot on and was pleasantly surprised by the correct color! Delivery was also really fast. Thanks!
