Amazing Customer Service, Quality Products

You can't go wrong with a purchase from Rugs.com! A live person is always available to answer your questions and resolve any issues and in a courteous and professional manner! So few companies exhibit this type of follow thru and act like they truly appreciate your business. I received my first order very quickly. The rug was gorgeous, first quality and I'm very satisfied with the colors which were photographed well on their site. I had to return my rug for a larger size and this was handled expeditiously by Regine. I'm not tech savvy but she made it very good easy and stuck with me on Chat to get it accomplished! High quality rugs and a very Satisfied Customer! Will be ordering again!

Nice carpet

I've bought from this company before. And we're very happy. That's the reason we bought from them again. The carpet is very nice, pattern and all, but was made crooked. The edges on both sides are not straight.
