Not as Pictured OR Described

I ordered a medium and it fit a little loose. it was missing the wrap at the side that is reflected in the picture. Rater it is an exposed black button and loop. Returned and ordered a small. Fit better, but again there is no tie wrap as pictured or as noted in the description. Disappointed.
