Cute but odd fit

Cute and comfortable but runs a little big with the straps only. It was true to size but the back part of the strap that isn't adjustable was too loose, and then the front part that can be tightened honestly was still too loose on the tightest buckle. best if you're a true size but have a large heel/ankle only?
